Expensive for pasta, but not expensive for food.

I went to this pasta class at Zingerman's last night. We tasted fancy pastas and the usual cheap kind. I was surprised to be able to taste the difference. The usual pasta tastes bitter in the aftertaste, and it doesn't hold sauces as well, since the surface is all slippery. Want to know more?
